These “effortlessly cool” pieces of delicate chains and charms fused with raw and mixed metal finishes are best worn layered and joined. Each limited edition piece is meticulously hand crafted in Melbourne to the highest standards using only the finest metals and gemstones sourced from around the world.

Misuzi Jewellery only uses fine, precious metals -925 Sterling Silver, 14k Gold Filled and 14k and 24k Gold Vermeil (14k or 24k gold over 925 Sterling Silver).
While all pieces in the collection are 'ready-to-wear', most can be personalised and customised with special dates, names or numbers and engraved messages.

Misuzi Precious Metals

Misuzi uses a combination of Solid Gold, 925 Sterling Silver, Gold Filled and Vermeil Gold metals. All Misuzi peices are completely hand made to order.

What is Gold Filled?

Gold Filled is made from solid gold and filled with a base metal. Gold Filled wears like solid gold as its outer surface is solid gold. Electro-plating or regular plating is NOT a part of this process.

Gold Filled offers all the same physical characteristics as solid gold such as beauty, durability, strength and most importantly, longevity.

How is Gold Filled Made?

Gold Filled is made by fusing multiple thick layers of a selected Karat Gold, usually 12k or 14k for strengh, to a suitable supporting metal (or alloy) using equipment that carefully controls pressure, heat, and time. The inner core metal is actually the same metal that is used in lower karated gold (like 9k, 14k, 18k) that provides strengh and colour. The bond produced is a permanent one.

How Long Will Gold Filled Jewelry Last?

Gold, along with its other unique qualities, is virtually indestructible. It is not costume jewellery. Since you are guaranteed a substantial layer of gold on your Gold Filled jewelry, with reasonable care it will last a lifetime.

Misuzi Gemstones

Misuzi uses only the finest precious and semi-precious gemstones including turquoise, opals, jade, rubies, amethyst, emeralds, coral, quartz and onyx, as well as black, white and champagne diamonds.

Caring for your jewellery

To maintain your jewellery's life and lustre, frequent cleaning is recommended. Salt water, chlorine in swimming pools, soap and perspiration take their toll on all fine jewelry. Wipe your jewelry carefully with a soft cloth to keep it clean and free of these elements that oxidize (tarnish).
